Kitamba was built by partners Rajeev Bajaj and Erin McGoldrick to offer their leadership experiences in education including in large school districts to help underserved students and communities across the nation. Our team knows first-hand how hard educators, district leaders, and education organizations are working.

As former consumers of consultants in our prior roles, we aim to bring value to our partners by going beyond strategy to support execution. With direct shoulder-to-shoulder support, including developing the processes and tools to sustain the work over time, we share the goals of keeping promises and maximizing the potential of all students.

Kitamba has grown into a national organization with team members based in New York City, Washington, D.C., the Bay Area and Seattle, and with partners across the country.
